Questions From The Store:

  • Q. How do I sign up?
  • A. Signing up to Ezilease is a very simple process. Complete a simple, 3 page, Store Registration Form and return to Ezilease. Your registration will be processed within 48 hours and an Ezilease account manager will be allocated to you. Training and in-store marketing material will be provided to your team to ensure you can start to use Ezilease within one week of registration.
  • Q. How much does it cost me?
  • A. Nothing. It is free to register with Ezilease and there are no ongoing costs payable by your store. Even if a customer defaults on their payments there is never any cost or penalty levied upon you.
  • Q. What training & support is provided?
  • A. Ezilease provides initial training for yourself and your staff and on-going training on a regular basis. Price tags, quotation cards and other in-store marketing items are provided free of charge. You are assigned an account manager who will assist you in boosting your sales.
  • Q.What hours are you open?
  • A. We are open the same hours as you. Our Australian based approval center is open to cover all retail trading hours including late night shopping and peak times such as Christmas.

  • Q. How do I get approved?
  • A. Approval is done over the phone. We do not ask our customers to complete written application forms or type out an application on line.
  • Q. How long does the approval process take?
  • A. Generally a customer will be approved, over the phone, within 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Q. How do I make payments?
  • A. Repayments can be made via direct debit from an Australian saving or cheque account or via credit card.
  • Q. Can I keep the equipment at after my installments are all made?
  • A. You can make one more monthly payment at the end of your finance term and keep the equipment. Other end of term options are also available to ensure you always have the latest up to date equipment.
  • Q. Can I pay my Ezilease off earlier?
  • A. Yes. Ezilease contracts clearly state the number of payments and the amount of each payment. If you wish to pay your Ezilease off earlier than the contracted term you simply need to pay the remaining repayments.
